Job summary

Salesworks Sdn Bhd is seeking a Business Operations Executive in Kuala Lumpur to support end-to-end business processes, drive workflow improvements and ensure regulatory compliance. You will document SOPs, map processes and work with IT, Finance and local market teams to implement system enhancements.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in business or operations management, 1–3 years of experience, and strong skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, process management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute end-to-end test campaign setup with database readiness.
• Prepare detailed Change Requests (CR) and perform UAT to validate requirements.
• Identify operational impact of new processes and support transitions.
• Assist workflow optimization to drive efficiency and quality.
• Ensure processes comply with controls and regulatory requirements.
• Document process flows, SOPs and operational policies for reference.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Product and Local Market Ops teams.
