Job summary

CHARDIKALA LOGISTICS SDN BHD in Johor Bahru seeks an Operations Executive (Site Based) to manage daily operations, documentation, and client liaison. You will ensure SOP adherence, prepare MOMs, and support site teams with welfare and reporting.

Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply. The role requires Bahasa Malaysia and English proficiency, a Diploma/Bachelor in Management, and at least 1 year of working experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily operational activities and client communications.
• Attend client meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM).
• Plan weekly operation meetings and update supervisors on key issues.
• Ensure log books are submitted daily and incidents are documented per SOP.
• Prepare monthly site reports including audit and incident summaries.
• Maintain good client rapport and conduct site visits at least twice weekly.
• Provide documentation, reporting, and personnel welfare support at site.

OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE SITE BASED (JOHOR BRANCH)

The Operation Executive is responsible for managing and monitoring daily operational activities, ensuring smooth communication between clients, management, and operation teams. The Operation Executive shall ensure all operational matters, documentation, reporting, personnel welfare, and site operations are carried out effectively in accordance with company SOP, policies, and client requirements.

Key responsibilities

Monitor, reply, answer, and take action on letters and emails related to operational matters and requirements

Ensure operational issues raised by clients, guards, or operation teams are attended to within the allocated time frame

Maintain good rapport with clients and conduct client visits at least twice weekly

Attend meetings with clients on behalf of the company

Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM) and submit to SOE/BrM/AOM/OM before taking further action or responding to client requirements

Plan and execute weekly operation meetings with respective PO and update SOE/BrM/AOM/OM on important operational matters

Monitor and ensure Log Books are submitted to MO daily for verification and endorsement between 9.00 AM to 10.00 AM

Ensure Guards properly record daily occurrences in relevant Log Books and comply with SOP requirements

Prepare and update Monthly Reports including Site Audit Summary Report, Incident Summary Report, and other operational reports

Monitor and ensure Incident Reports are processed according to Incident Reporting Process SOP within the allocated time frame

About you

Bachelor/Diploma in Management

At least 1 year of working experience

Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English
