Job summary

Titan Force Sdn Bhd is seeking an Operation Executive (Site Based) for our Penang branch. You will support the supervisor in daily security operations, manage guards, and ensure professional service at client sites.

Role requires on-site work, at least a Diploma, familiarity with Excel and email, and bilingual ability in Bahasa Malaysia and English. You will recruit, train, and report on security activities to maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in any field required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and email.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Minimum 2 years of on-site operation experience.

Responsibilities

• Support superior in managing day to day security operation.
• Maintain working relationship with clients and ensure high quality service.
• Manage effectiveness of security personnel on daily operations (access control, patrols, CCTV, movement of goods, loss prevention).
• Assign Officer-in-charge and ensure proper guard deployment per client requirements.
• Plan and conduct recruitment to meet staffing needs.
• Prevent security breaches and prepare incident reports.
• Ensure equipment is functional and address faults promptly.
• Conduct roll calls and train guards on SOPs.
• Supervise the security team and report daily duties to protect client and company properties.
• Ensure guards are equipped and fit for duties.

OPERATION EXECUTIVE SITE BASED (PENANG BRANCH)

Support superior in managing day to day security operation, maintaining working relationships with clients and ensuring high quality and professional standard service. Manage and take responsibility for the effectiveness of all security personnel on daily security operations including access control, perimeter patrol, warehouse security, CCTV management, movement of goods and loss prevention activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support superior in managing day to day security operation
• Maintain working relationship with clients and ensure the service provided is high quality and professional standard
• Manage and take responsibility for effectiveness of all security personnel on daily security operation (access control, perimeter patrol, warehouse security, CCTV management, movement of goods and loss prevention activities)
• Assign suitable Officer-in-charge and ensure the number of guards deployed at security locations is in accordance to client manpower requirements
• Plan and conduct recruitment to meet any shortfall of guards and to cater for expansion and new guard assignments
• Prevent any security breach and conduct investigation of any abnormalities within the client premises and prepare incident report
• Ensure all security equipment are in working condition and take immediate counter measure on any faulty equipment
• Conduct roll call and train the guard to ensure guards understand their duties and follow the SOP at all times
• Supervise the Security Team and plan, organize and report on daily duties and routine to protect the client and company properties
• Ensure all security personnel are equipped and physically/mentally fit for the duties assigned

About you

• Must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field
• Can use computer, Microsoft Excel and email
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the operation or on site field
• Able to conduct investigation work, document security process and procedures
• Must be independent with strong willingness to learn
• Fresh Graduate with internship experiences are encouraged to apply
• Must be willing to work on site
