Job summary

IKARI SHODOKU MALAYSIA SDN BHD is seeking a capable leader to oversee sales and operations, lead a team, and ensure SOP-compliant service delivery. You will recruit and train staff, monitor quality, manage assets, and coordinate with head office to meet contractual obligations.

The role requires ISO documentation experience, strong interpersonal skills, and willingness to travel. Fluency in English, Mandarin, and BM is preferred, with a competitive remuneration package and career growth

Qualifications

• Must have leadership skills, detail oriented, disciplined, positive, passionate to work and good communication with different level of staff in the organization.
• Min. Diploma & 5 years working experience in supervising / planning / managing services or operation field.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. Experience of managing staffs or workers.
• Experience of ISO Standard and documentation control.
• Able to do planning, presentation, draw up SOP and setting Company policy as needed.
• Result oriented, dynamic, creative, self motivated and willing to accept challenge.
• Ability to priorities tasks with effective time management & quality works.
• Possess own transport (car) & willing to travel.
• Able to supervise and inspection at site.
• Able to attend customer inquiry calls at odd hours / weekend if emergency needed.
• Able to speak & write in good English, Mandarin and BM. Able to communicate with Mandarin or Japanese speaking clients will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Achieve Company sales & operation KPI to meet the needs and expectations of the business and its customers.

To lead team members and ensure sales and operation flow as per Company policy and standard operating procedure (SOP). Create, review, implement and improve SOP from time to time.

Manage manpower and schedule of service. To recruit and train staff to fulfil the current and planned future contractual obligations of the corporate.

Monitor quality of services rendered. Reduce complaint call by agreed target & managing to meet customer retention performance target.

Ensure all required documents, reports are managed according to system setting and prepared accurately. Data update and documents submit to head office on time.

Manage the assets of the business in accordance with policy. Eg. service equipment, stocks, budget, vehicle & etc.
