Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Operational Coordinator to manage day-to-day coordination between the Operations Department, Area Managers, stores and Head Office functions in Malaysia. You will assess issues, prioritise root causes, coordinate corrective actions and maintain an action tracker with clear ownership and timelines.

The role also covers SOP drafting, process improvements, reporting and cross-functional project support, with travel to stores as required to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in retail operations, operations support, or multi-site operations.
• Experience drafting or improving SOPs, communications and management reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational coordination between Operations, Area Managers, stores and Head Office functions.
• Assess/issues, identify root causes, coordinate corrective actions and elevate risks with recommendations.
• Maintain an action tracker and ensure actions close to deadlines.
