Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia seeks a Store Manager to oversee and lead the team, ensure operational efficiency, and drive outlet performance in sales, service, and cost management. Requirements include a Diploma or Degree (or 2 years in multi-category retail), strong Planning, Organizing, Leading and Controlling skills, and willingness to work long hours, weekends and public holidays.

Driving license and own transport preferred.

Qualifications

• Possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in any discipline or at least two (2) years of experience managing multiple categories in a Hypermarket/ Supermarket/ Departmental store.
• Proficiency in the management areas of Planning, Organizing, Leading, and Controlling in order to meet standards.
• To plan and implement strategies to maximize sales own branch.
• Able to work long hours and irregular hours, including public holidays, weekends, and shift work.
• Possess own transportation and a valid driving license.
