Job summary

Diamond & Platinum Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Coordination professional in Kuala Lumpur to coordinate showroom and HQ activities, supervise staff, and ensure SOPs are followed. You will conduct store visits, manage stock, and support merchandising and campaigns across assigned outlets.

The role requires a degree in business or retail operations, 3+ years of sales coordination experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration/Management/Retail Operations or relevant discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales coordination and operational administration; multi-outlet/retail operations experience is a plus
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with the ability to translate insights into actions
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset
• Good command of spoken and written English; Chinese is an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Own transportation and willingness to travel; based at outlets when required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between showroom and HQ to lead sales activities aligned with the company vision
• Supervise daily staff activities, track sales progress, and ensure SOP adherence
• Conduct regular store visits and stock checks and report to HQ on performance and trends
• Provide on-ground support during manpower shortages, including overtime
• Assist outlets with stock positioning and stock control policies
• Monitor merchandising, marketing campaigns and store execution
• Analyze performance and identify opportunities for sales growth with actionable insights
• Identify training needs and conduct coaching and product training
• Liaise with mall management on leasing, fit-out, renovation and maintenance
• Ensure license compliance and legal operating requirements
• Oversee manpower needs and elevate customer service and brand image
• Monitor KPIs (conversion, ATV, productivity) and drive improvements
• Prepare ad-hoc sales and CRM reports using Excel
