Job summary

LUXASIA, a premier beauty omnichannel brand-builder, seeks a Retail Operations Executive in Malaysia to support daily retail performance, stock management, and customer experience across direct stores. You will help drive sales efficiency and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with Retail, Marketing, and Commercial teams on launches, campaigns, and promotions, while ensuring inventory integrity and store excellence across locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in retail operations, retail administration, sales operations, or store management.
• Experience within luxury, lifestyle brands, electronics, premium consumer brand, and retail industry is preferred.
• Experience working with multiple retail locations or department store counters is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support achievement of retail sales targets and KPIs across all direct/stand-alone stores.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, identifying trends, opportunities and corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain retail sales reports, dashboards and performance analyses for management review.
• Track store productivity metrics including conversion rate, ATV, UPT, and customer traffic.
• Coordinate with Retail, Marketing, and Commercial teams to execute product launches, campaigns, promotions and in-store activations.
• Monitor stock availability across stores and coordinate replenishment with Supply Chain and Commercial teams.
