Job summary

Mahnaz Retail Sdn Bhd is seeking a Retail Operations Executive to support multi-site branches, drive efficiency, and maximize sales through flawless SOPs and strong operational control.

You will monitor store workflows, conduct audits, oversee stock, and liaise between HQ and store teams to resolve bottlenecks while ensuring high standards of customer service and merchandising.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Operations, or a related field.
• 1–3 years hands-on experience in retail operations, multi-site store coordination, or FMCG.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent cross-functional communication.
• Willingness to travel frequently between regional outlets.
• Possess own transport.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily store workflows, ensure strict SOP compliance, and support store openings, setups, or closures
• Conduct regular site visits and operational audits to check cleanliness, visual merchandising, and customer service quality
• Oversee stock replenishment, monitor deliveries, and assist with periodic physical stock counts
• Act as the primary communication link between headquarters (HQ) and frontline store teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
• Prepare operational reports, track store Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and log inventory data

About you

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Operations, or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of hands‑on experience in retail operations, multi‑site store coordination, or fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong problem‑solving capabilities
• Excellent cross‑functional communication
• Willingness to travel frequently between regional outlets
• Possess own transport
