Job summary

Pertama Crane & Engineering in Malaysia is seeking a diligent coordinator to manage crane operators, monitor attendance, and maintain maintenance and document records. You will liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations, safety compliance, and timely handling of DOs and quotations.

The role requires good communication in English and Bahasa Melayu, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision while handling long hours when needed.

Qualifications

• Requires Diploma or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 1-2 years of related experience preferred
• Ability to handle long working hours when required
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; build relationships with team and partners
• Good attitude, strong learning ability, responsible

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and liaise with crane operator
• Update attendance and employee records (working crane and operator)
• Keep track of maintenance records
• Update DO and quotation records/inquiries
• Daily operator arrangement and replacements (Mon-Sun/PH)
• Manage crane operator daily attendance (OT, leaves, recruitment, requests)
• Report crane operator disciplinary issues
• Liaise with client on queries, problems, breakdowns, documents, safety and complaints
• Monitor company documents (OYK, roadtax, insurance) before expiry dates
• Ad-hoc tasks related to operational activities
