Job summary

Konecranes is seeking a Service Coordinator in Malaysia to handle planned activities, manage service requests, review job costs, and coordinate field hours. You will define material requirements, arrange subcontracted services and equipment, and ensure timely dispatch of field operatives while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires a mechanical engineering background with 1–2 years of experience, proficiency in Siebel and SAP, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years' experience in similar role preferable; fresh graduates with internship welcome.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 standards.

Responsibilities

• Handle all planned activities including repairs, retrofits, and on-call tasks.
• Define material requirements for each service request, planned or on-call.
• Arrange sub-contracted services and equipment; schedule and dispatch field operatives.
