Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an operations coordinator to manage crane operator coordination, attendance, and maintenance records. The role requires strong communication in English and Bahasa Melayu, leadership abilities, and the capacity to work long hours when necessary.

You will liaise with clients and internal teams, track documentation such as roadtax and insurance, and handle daily operator scheduling. A Diploma or higher and 1–2 years of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree or higher required.
• 1-2 years of related field experience.
• Willingness to work long hours when needed.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Good attitude and fast learning aptitude.
• Independent with minimal supervision.
• Team-oriented with positive mindset and multitasking.
• Excellent English and Bahasa Melayu communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and liaise with crane operator.
• Update attendance and employee records (crane and operator).
• Maintain maintenance records.
• Update DO and quotation records/inquiries.
• Schedule daily operator arrangements (Mon-Sun/PH).
• Manage crane operator attendance, including OT, leaves, recruitment, requests.
• Report crane operator disciplinary issues.
• Liaise with client on queries, problems, breakdowns, documents, safety, and complaints.
• Monitor company documents such as OYK, roadtax, and insurance nearing expiry.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks related to operations.
