You will liaise with District Managers and Store Managers, coordinate store operations, licensing, promotions, travel, and audits, ensuring timely distribution of communications and proper filing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and updating store operational records, databases, and documentation.
• Support filing of operational agreements, approvals, and store-related documents.
• Coordinate with District Managers and Store Managers on operational matters.
• Prepare reports, trackers, and records for monitoring and audit purposes.
• Assist in licensing, uniform orders, and inventory coordination.
• Support travel, events, and promotional communications.
• Maintain and update compliance and store signboard records.
