Job summary

Jora Malaysia is looking for an Operations Coordinator to support daily business activities across branches. You will coordinate and monitor daily operations and communicate with branches, staff, suppliers, customers, and management.

Responsibilities include monitoring inventory, preparing reports, ensuring procedures are followed, and following up on tasks, orders, and deliveries to improve efficiency.

• Monitor branch performance, operational issues, and daily activities.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports, records, and documents.
• Follow up on pending tasks, orders, deliveries, and operational matters.
• Assist in coordinating staff schedules, attendance, and manpower arrangements.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and operational supplies.
• Ensure company procedures, policies, and operational standards are followed.
• Identify operational issues and coordinate with the relevant departments to resolve them.
• Assist management in implementing new procedures and improving operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with branches to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Assist with opening, closing, relocation, or setup of branches when required.
• Handle administrative and operational matters as assigned by management.
• Perform any other duties and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management.
