Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline and availability to start full-time in 2025.
• 0–2 years of experience in operations, fintech, banking, or digital payments; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data analysis.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of digital payments or fintech industry trends is a plus.
• Experience with SQL or automation tools for operational reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day payment operations and issue resolution.
• Monitor operational metrics, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with Product, Risk, Compliance, and Business Development to streamline payments and onboarding.
• Support the implementation of new payment features, policies, and fraud prevention measures.
• Assist in troubleshooting payment failures, merchant disputes, and customer escalations.
• Collaborate with banks and regulators to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and develop reports to improve service quality.
• Support automation and digitalization of processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Ensure all transactions and processes comply with security, risk, and regulatory standards.
