Responsibilities

• Daily operations: check documents before payments and ensure compliance with company rules (invoice, delivery order, purchase order, credit note, debit note, payment voucher).
• Prepare documents like invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and agreements; keep transaction records accurate in the system.
• Assist clients by answering inquiries related to transactions and resolving issues promptly.
• Provide sales support and help with reporting, vendor files, and meeting preparations.
