Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related field; availability to start full-time in 2026.
• 0-2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or fintech; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret business data and market trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and onboard new merchants and business partners to expand ShopeePay’s acceptance network.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing merchants for continued engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement merchant-focused campaigns and promotions.
• Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities.
• Support contract negotiations, deal structuring, and finalization with partners.
• Assist in planning and executing go-to-market strategies for new fintech products and services.
• Monitor key performance metrics and generate reports to measure impact.
