Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, available to start full-time in 2025.
• 0–2 years of experience in operations, fintech, banking, or digital payments (fresh graduates welcome).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced fintech environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data analysis.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of digital payments, financial services, or fintech industry trends is a plus.
• Experience with SQL or automation tools for operational reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day payment operations, ensuring smooth transaction processing and issue resolution.
• Monitor key operational metrics, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements.
• Work with Product, Risk, Compliance, and Business Development to streamline operations and merchant onboarding.
• Support the implementation of new payment features, policies, and fraud prevention measures.
• Assist in troubleshooting payment failures, merchant disputes, and customer escalations.
• Collaborate with banks, payment providers, and regulators to ensure compliance.
