Job summary

DHL Supply Chain Malaysia is hiring for a warehouse operations role focused on timely task completion and accuracy. You will coordinate daily operations, ensure compliance with customer requirements, and support reporting and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years in warehouse operations, a minimum SPM qualification, and solid computer literacy. Analytical mindset and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Proficient with basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

To ensure all assignments are met within the specific deadline provided.
To ensure proper follow-up with all the outstanding issues.
To ensure compliance to customer requirement and other relevant authorities.
To assist operation in daily administrative activities.
To prepare daily or weekly reports on all operational activities.
To liaise with both internal and external parties on daily operations issues.
To analyse operation performance and propose the solution for process improvement.
To perform any other duties assigned by immediate superiors.
