Job summary

• Pursuing or recently completed Diploma/Bachelor in Logistics or related field.
• Basic understanding of warehouse and logistics operations.
• Willingness to learn and perform hands-on tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word); exposure to WMS is a plus.
• Physically fit for warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Assist in inventory management, stock counting, and cycle counts.
• Update records in WMS or inventory tracking systems and monitor stock movement.
• Assist coordination between warehouse, transport and customer service teams.
• Assist in preparing delivery documents and basic reporting.
• Observe and follow SOPs, safety and housekeeping standards (5S).
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Assist supervisors with ad-hoc operational tasks.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Basic understanding or interest in warehouse and logistics operations.
• Willingness to learn and take on hands‑on operational tasks.
• Able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word); exposure to WMS is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow SOPs and safety guidelines
