Job summary

DHL Asia Pacific Shared Services Sdn Bhd is seeking an Operations Administrator in Malaysia (Selangor) to support warehouse operations and daily administrative tasks. The role focuses on meeting deadlines, data reporting, and coordinating with internal and external parties to keep operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in warehouse environments, SPM or equivalent, and solid computer literacy with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal and external parties on daily operations issues.
• Analyze operation performance and propose process-improvement solutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.

• To perform any other duties assigned by immediate superiors
