Private Advertiser is hiring an Operation Supervisor to support daily transportation operations in Kulai, Malaysia. The role focuses on coordinating drivers, trucks and daily deliveries to ensure timely completion.

Training will be provided and prior supervisory experience is not required. The position is suitable for fresh graduates or those with up to 2 years of relevant experience, with basic Excel skills and the ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

• Maintain basic operational records and reports.
• Ensure drivers follow Company and customer SOPs, safety requirements and operational instructions.
• Escalate major operational issues to the Operation Executive / Manager when necessary.

We are looking for an Operation Supervisor to support our daily transportation operations.

In this role, you will mainly coordinate drivers, trucks and daily deliveries to ensure operations run smoothly and deliveries are completed according to schedule.

This is a junior operational role. Prior supervisory experience is NOT required.

Training and guidance will be provided.

What You'll Be Doing

Arrange and coordinate daily delivery schedules.

Coordinate drivers and truck availability.

Assign and communicate daily jobs to drivers.

Monitor delivery progress and follow up on delays or operational issues.

Handle day-to-day driver, vehicle and delivery-related matters.

Monitor drivers' attendance, leave and manpower availability.

Communicate with customers and internal departments on delivery arrangements.

Maintain basic operational records and reports.

Ensure drivers follow Company and customer SOPs, safety requirements and operational instructions.

Escalate major operational issues to the Operation Executive / Manager when necessary.

Who We're Looking For

Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

0–2 years of working experience.

Experience in Logistics, Transportation, Fleet or Operations is an advantage, but not compulsory.

Basic Microsoft Excel and computer skills.

Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Comfortable communicating and coordinating with drivers.

Responsible, organised and able to follow up on assigned tasks.

Able to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

Willing to learn and take responsibility for daily operations.

What We Offer
