Hai-O Enterprise Berhad is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the HQ, branches and stockists, ensuring operational excellence across inventory, logistics, customer service and after-sales support. The Operations Manager is responsible for leading the overall operations of HQ, branches and stockists to ensure operational excellence, business continuity and customer satisfaction. This role supports business growth by managing branch operations, inventory, logistics, customer service, after-sales support, compliance and operational imporvement while working closely with the Sales, Marketing and Customer Service teams.
Responsibilities:
Lead daily operations of HQ, branches and stokists to ensure efficient business operations.
Monitor branch productivity, operational performance and conduct regular branch visits.
Manage stock availability, invantory control, logistics and nationwide product distribution.
Drive stockist performance, operational complance and business development.
Support sales campaigns, product launches, events and distributor engagement activities.
Establish and maintain high customer service standards and resolve escalated service issues.
Oversee technical service operations, installation coordination and after-sales support.
Ensure compliance with compan SOPs, Direct Selling regulations and operational policies.
Manage branch facilities assets, maintenance and vendor coordination.
Analyse operational perfromance and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
Support digital transformation, system enhancement and process automation.
Coordinate the implementation and operational management of the Mobile Business Owner (MBO) programme.
Lead, coach and develop the Operations team to achieve department KPIs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain or related field.
Minimum 5 years' experience in Operations Management, preferably in MLM, FMCG or Retail.
Strong leadership, planning and problem-solving skills.
Experience in branch operations, inventory, logistics and customer service.
Knowledge of inventory management system.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Madanrin is an add advantage.
