Job summary

Win Win Food Industries Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day production activities, ensuring output targets are met while maintaining strict safety and SOP compliance.

You will coordinate with Planning, QA, and Maintenance, supervise workflows and monitor performance to resolve issues quickly in a high-volume FMCG facility.

Our facility, established in 2005, serves Malaysia and regional markets with a range of products.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing, Production/ Operations Management, or any related field.
• FMCG industry experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
• Highly responsible, disciplined, and able to work under pressure in a high-volume production environment.
• Able to work under shift rotation.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day production activities, meeting output targets and reducing waste.
• Join daily schedule meetings and coordinate with Planning for seamless order fulfilment.
• Supervise daily production workflows to meet delivery schedules and targets.
• Lead and motivate a team of production operators with high discipline.
• Monitor lines for safety, SOPs and food safety & quality management compliance.
• Troubleshoot operational issues to minimize downtime.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Report production performance and manpower utilization to the Superintendent / Plant Manager.
• Check and verify operational documents for data accuracy.
• Manage shift schedules and optimize headcount and overtime.
• Coordinate with QA for product quality and with Maintenance to minimize downtime.

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing, Production/ Operations Management, or any related field
• Provide similar working experienced or from FMCG industry is advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
• Highly responsible, disciplined, and able to work under pressure in a high-volume fast-paced production environment
• Able to work under shift rotation.

Job Scopes,

• Manage day-to-day production activities, ensuring output targets are met, reduce rejection/ waste and ensure strict compliance with international food safety standards.
• Join daily schedule meeting and work closely with the Planning Team to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
• Supervise and coordinate daily production workflows to meet delivery schedules and output targets.
• Lead, motivate and manage a team of production operators, ensuring high discipline and performance.
• Monitor production lines to ensure strict compliance with safety, standard operating procedures (SOP) and company’s food safety & quality management systems (FSSC 22000 standards).
• Troubleshoot operational issues quickly on the production floor to minimize downtime.
• Investigate production issues, identify root causes and implement immediate and corrective actions.
• Report production performance and manpower utilization to the Superintendent / Plant Manager.
• Check and verify all operational documents to ensure data correctness.
• Manage shift schedules and coordinate workforce allocation, optimize headcount and control overtime.
• Coordinate closely with the QA Team to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications.
• Collaborate closely with the Maintenance Team to minimize and control machine breakdown time.
