Job summary

SEG International Bhd in Kota Damansara, Selangor, is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee supply chains, distributor support, inventory, and commission-payout workflows within a Multi-Level Marketing environment.

You will lead customer service and order fulfilment teams, train new hires, ensure compliance, and drive cross-department process improvements across nationwide operations. This role is highly analytical and strategic.

This position require the candidate to manages supply chains, distributor support systems, inventory, and commission-payout workflows in a Multi-Level Marketing environment. This role requires a strong understanding of the Company’s marketing plan, policies, and procedures to effectively address inquiries, ensure compliance, and enhance member satisfaction and retention. This position is based at Kota Damansara, Selangor.

Responsibility
