Job summary

Limcoo Enterprise is seeking an experienced shift supervisor for our beverage/outlet in Malaysia. You will lead a small team, ensure consistent drink quality, and manage daily operations, including schedules and cashier duties.

You will train staff on hygiene, beverage prep and customer service while handling inventory and cash reports. Weekend and public holiday shifts are required; food safety certification is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in F&B with supervisory experience.
• Experience in bubble/milk tea or beverage outlets is an advantage.
• Must communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Chinese is a plus.
• Willing to work hands-on and shifts including weekends/public holidays.
• Food Handler Training Certificate and valid typhoid vaccination required before handling food.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations including opening/closing procedures.

• Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
• Check daily sales and cash reports, report discrepancies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily outlet operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Lead and supervise the team to maintain efficient service and consistent beverage quality
• Prepare staff schedules, arrange shift coverage and monitor attendance
• Train and guide staff on beverage preparation, customer service, hygiene and operating procedures
• Assist with drink preparation, order-taking, cashier duties and cleaning when required
• Monitor sales performance and lead the team towards achieving outlet sales targets and KPIs
• Manage stock ordering, receiving and inventory checks to prevent shortages, overstocking and wastage
• Ensure ingredients are stored correctly and expiry dates are monitored
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally
• Check daily sales, cash collections and payment records, and report any discrepancies

About you

• Minimum 2 years of relevant F&B experience, preferably with supervisory or team-leading responsibilities
• Experience in bubble/milk tea, cafés or beverage outlets is an advantage
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Chinese is an added advantage
• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Responsible, organised and willing to work hands-on alongside the team
• Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
