Job summary

Lein Hing in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead day-to-day operations, oversee inventory accuracy, and coordinate with Sales to meet DOT targets.

The role requires a degree in Supply Chain & Logistics, at least 5 years in warehouse/logistics, strong leadership, and MS Excel/PowerPoint/Word proficiency; FMCG experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration with focus on Supply Chain & Logistics
• At least 5 years of experience in Warehouse & Logistics
• Strong leadership skills
• FMCG industry experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day activities.
• Overseeing inventory (Regular stock check and hitting IRA target).
• Work closely with Sales Team to ensure meeting DOT target.
• Managing on Trade Return Rate stocks.
• Dealing with suppliers or 3rd party agency when necessary.
• Reviewing budgets and managing costs.
• Researching alternative methods of efficiency.
• Make impact policy, planning and strategy decisions.
• Assist HR with recruiting when necessary.
• Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
• Support worker communication with the management team.
• Ensure all workers comply with company policy & SOP.
• Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
• Ensure building related security and equipment are well maintained.
