Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking an Operations Executive to oversee outsourced vendors and the in-house operations team to ensure services run smoothly. You will monitor security, housekeeping, waste management, car park operations, and coordinate daily ad-hoc tasks while ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential to maintain service quality and tenant satisfaction.

Topreparereportwhichincludes updateonoperationalmatters.

To doanyAd-Hoc assignment from time totimeasandwhen requiredby theManagement andany relevant Ad-Hoc / Admin Task.

Ensurecompliancewiththerequirementsoflocalregulationsandallotherrelevantstatutory regulations and guidelines, as well as all relevant company group policies and procedures.

Controlandmonitorthe setupandmoveoutprocessatcommonareainordertomeetourstandard.

Handletheincident andcomplainconcerningthecommonarea and handletheinsuranceclaimand execute the reinstatement the damaged assets.

SupportandworkcloselywithFit-OutDepartmentconcerningmove-inandmove-out tenants.

Dailymonitortheoutsourcestaffperformance.

Ensure tenants/customer get relevant service related to operation in due time, example: by means of following up response time on tenants/customer enquiries.
