Job summary

KUMPULAN VOIR SDN BHD is seeking an Operations Executive to monitor and coordinate sales and marketing goals, supporting the Brand Manager with planning and analysis of key reports. You will compile daily targets, periodic reviews, MIS and P&L analyses, and track promotions, stock levels, and launches across channels.

The role requires strong data analysis, reporting skills, and inventory management to help optimize performance for VOIR and related brands within Malaysia's fashion retail

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and analysing sales and marketing reports.
• Familiar with P&L reports and findings.
• Knowledge of stock reporting and inventory controls.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate on sales & marketing goals and brand objectives.
• Assist Brand Manager in planning, compiling, preparing and analysing reports.
• Prepare daily sales target settings and monthly/quarterly/yearly reviews.
• Analyse Monthly MIS reports and P&L findings with actions.
• Track APD spending and monitor monthly launches vs delivery schedules.
• Analyse product sell-through and provide action plans.
• Evaluate promotion performance by channel with VALUE and GP insights.
• Generate reports on stock levels vs stock targets and stock losses/defects.
• Monitor stock consolidation by sell-through and channel closing on hand.

Job description

• To monitor and coordinate on the sales & marketing goals, objectives for the Brand and Company's vision.
• To assist and support Brand Manager on planning, compiling, preparing and analyzing the following reports :
  • Daily sales target setting.
  • Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly sales review.
  • Monthly MIS report and analysis.
  • P&L reports & findings and analysis.
  • Tracking of APD (Advertising Promotion Demonstration cost) spending on monthly basis.
  • Monthly launches vs. delivery schedule.
  • Product sell through performance along with feedback and action plans.
  • Promotion performance report by channel with details of VALUE, GP performance.
  • Generating stocks vs. stock target reports (to provide measure to reduce stocks level).
  • Generating stocks losses and defective goods report.
  • To monitor stocks consolidation exercise based on sell thru / stocks closing on hand by channel.
