Job summary

Black Rocky Resources Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Operation Executive to support freight and cargo forwarding operations.

The role is full-time and based in UNIT 27-2, Setia Avenue 2, Jalan Setia Prima S U13/S, Setia Alam, Shah Alam, Selangor. You will review contracts, arrange payments and deliveries, coordinate inspections, and prepare export documents. Ideal candidates have a Diploma, English and Mandarin, and are proficient with Excel/Word.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any discipline.
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus as this role requires liaising with Mandarin speaking suppliers and colleagues to complete daily tasks.
• Computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Detailed oriented, can work with minimal supervision.
• Must be willing to work in Klang.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Review the contract draft in accordance with the trader’s specifications and requirements.
• Ensure timely completion of payment and arrange delivery of goods as per the terms outlined in the contract draft.
• Coordinate with the company's quality inspection personnel or entrust an inspection company to arrange quality inspection.
• Compile quality data and report to the trader and operations manager.
• Keep track of pricing periods and futures hedging records, and updating relevant documentation accordingly.
• Issue settlements and verify customer settlement documents.
• Prepare customs declaration documents and arrange for export clearance.
• Coordinate with freight forwarder to ensure smooth and efficient shipment.
