Job summary

Eumex Sailing Logistics Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Kapar, Selangor is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage daily import/export operations for sea and air freight. The role emphasizes coordinating trucking, bookings, documentation, and carrier communication to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily operational tasks for sea/air import & export shipments
• Arrange trucking, booking, cargo pick-up, container release, and delivery
• Prepare and verify operational documents (BL/AWB, DO, manifest, permits)
• Coordinate with carriers, hauliers, customs brokers, and warehouse teams
• Monitor shipment progress and resolve operational issues or delays
• Ensure compliance with customs/port regulations and company SOPs
• Update shipment status in systems and support billing/job costing
