EASTECH ENERGY SDN BHD is seeking a Junior Operation - Supply Chain Executive to support daily logistics and order processing. The role involves coordinating with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, couriers, and service providers to ensure timely shipments and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily operational activities, including order processing, delivery, and logistics.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, couriers, and other service providers regarding shipments and deliveries.
• Prepare and maintain shipping and commercial documents such as Delivery Orders (DO), Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, AWB, CIPL, and other related documents.
• Monitor purchase orders, shipment status, delivery schedules, and estimated arrival dates (ETA).
• Arrange and coordinate local and international shipments, including courier, air freight, and sea freight.
• Liaise with suppliers to follow up on order confirmation, production status, shipment arrangements, and delivery schedules.
• Assist with import/export and customs clearance documentation.
• Ensure all operational and shipping documents are properly filed and maintained for record purposes.
• Follow up with customers on delivery confirmation, Proof of Delivery (POD), GRN, and other required documents.
• Coordinate with the finance/accounting team regarding supplier invoices, payment status, and related documentation.
• Prepare regular operations, shipment, and delivery reports.
• Handle customer and supplier enquiries related to orders, deliveries, and shipments.
• Identify and report any delays, discrepancies, or operational issues to the relevant department.
• Perform other duties and administrative tasks as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, operations, or a related field is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
