Job summary

TSLAW GROUP is seeking a hands-on operations executive in Shah Alam to manage the day-to-day flow of orders, documentation, and customer coordination. You will own the paper trail from quotation through to invoice and ensure nothing falls through the cracks between supplier and customer, acting as the operational backbone of the business.

This generalist trading ops role requires comfort with numbers, deadlines, and coordinating with multiple parties in fast-paced trade environments.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, finance, supply chain or related field.
• 2–4 years in trading, distribution, procurement or supply chain operations.
• Intermediate Excel — formulas, vlookups, basic data tracking; not just data entry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process sales quotations, purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices accurately and on time.
• Coordinate back‑to‑back trading flow — tracking supplier DOs against customer POs and flagging discrepancies.
• Liaise with customers on delivery scheduling, outstanding orders, and document requirements.
• Follow up with suppliers on delivery plans, driver information, and proof of delivery.
• Maintain organised records of all trade documents — POs, DOs, invoices, chopped copies — for each transaction.
• Monitor outstanding orders and proactively flag aging items to the manager.
• Support the preparation of reports and summaries for management review.
• Assist in system data entry and upkeep as the company transitions to a digital trading console.

What We Need

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field

• Comfortable working with order management or ERP systems
• Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus
• Detail‑oriented with a strong sense of urgency — trading moves fast

• Familiarity with Malaysian trading document practices (LPO, DO, tax invoice)
• Experience coordinating between suppliers and end‑customers in a back‑to‑back trading model
