Job summary

Rolls-Royce plc in Malaysia is seeking an HR Advisor to be the primary on-site HR contact, delivering trusted advice to line managers while ensuring compliance with local labour laws, audits and policy guidelines.

You will coordinate end-to-end HR processes, onboarding and local change initiatives in close alignment with regional People Partners, COE and GBS teams, while driving employee relations, engagement and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive HR generalist or advisory experience.
• Strong understanding of Malaysia employment legislation, industrial relations, and HR practices.
• Experience managing HR operations, audits, and providing strategic day-to-day HR support.
• Experience supporting manufacturing/industrial environments is advantageous.
• Able to work in a matrix organization and travel for business.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-the-ground HR advice to line managers and employees.
• Coordinate and deploy key HR processes and annual cycles.
• Manage employee relations and engagement initiatives.
• Support HR change initiatives including organizational design and site HR transformation.
• Assist with HR audits and ensure compliance with local laws.
