Rolls-Royce plc in Malaysia is seeking an HR Advisor to be the primary on-site HR contact, delivering trusted advice to line managers while ensuring compliance with local labour laws, audits and policy guidelines.
You will coordinate end-to-end HR processes, onboarding and local change initiatives in close alignment with regional People Partners, COE and GBS teams, while driving employee relations, engagement and continuous improvement.

HR Advisor serves as the primary on-site HR contact in Malaysia, delivering trusted advice to line managers while ensuring compliance with local labor laws, audits, and policy guidelines. Coordinates end-to-end HR process execution, onboarding, and local change initiatives in close alignment with regional People Partners, COE, and GBS teams. Manages employee relations, workplace engagement, and continuous improvement projects within a dynamic matrix environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. • At least 5 years of progressive HR generalist or advisory experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. • Strong understanding of Malaysia employment legislation, industrial relations practices and HR practices. • Demonstrated ability to manage HR operations, audits, and provide strategic day-to-day HR support. • Hands-on experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, engineering or plant environment is a strong advantage. • Comfortable working in a matrix organization, supporting multiple stakeholders across global and regional HR teams. • Comfortable with business trips.
