Job summary

Set Gaji Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an enthusiastic Project Event Coordinator to plan and manage on-site events in Kuala Lumpur. You will onboard participants, coordinate crews, and ensure events run smoothly according to schedule.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or Business, at least 3 years in events or operations, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to multitask under pressure in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operation Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years experiences in operations management or similar role.
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
• Experience in onboarding participants, clients, or event crews.
• Excellent social, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on-site, including weekends or evenings when required.
• Previous event coordination experience is an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee on-site event operations.
• Manage event timelines and act as the event timekeeper to ensure schedules are followed.
• Plan and organize event schedules, logistics, and workflows.
• Handle participant, client, and crew onboarding before and during events.
• Communicate and coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Resolve on-site issues efficiently to ensure successful event execution.
