Qualifikationen

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in a related field.
• 1–2 years experience in handling virtual or physical events.
• Experience in project management with a track record of successful events.
• Problem-solving skills and out-of-the-box thinker.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu (Mandarin a bonus).
• Able to multi-task, work independently and under pressure with minimum supervision.
• Must be able to drive a car as a main means of transport.

Aufgaben

• Assist in planning, production and management of all events.
• Liaise between internal/external stakeholders in event production and management.
• Coordinate all event logistics and coordination.
• Coordinate with event management vendors, negotiating quotes and agreements.
• Onsite event management during rehearsal and event day.
• Obtain government and non-government event permits.
• Provide updates to management to ensure client satisfaction.
• Resolve issues during the event proactively.
• Propose ideas to improve event services or quality.
• Prepare event proceedings, collaterals, briefing notes, and duty list.
• Prepare income and expenditure reports and other event-related reports.
• Handle post-event reports and survey forms.
