You will plan, coordinate, source vendors, manage on-site logistics, and contribute to post-event reporting, with opportunities to grow in a fast-moving events team in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in event management, brand activation, or project coordination.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Events Management, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate events according to client requirements, audiences, and objectives.
• Source, liaise, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to meet timelines and budget.
• Manage on-site setup, logistics, and troubleshooting during events.
• Prepare post-event reports and assist with evaluations for improvement.
