Job summary

Tech Harvest Capital is seeking an events-focused coordinator to support project managers in planning and executing business events in Malaysia. You will manage client inquiries, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, and ensure deliverables meet client expectations.

The role involves on-site support during events, documenting timelines and budgets, and assisting with post-event analysis to identify improvements.

Qualifications

• A diploma or degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or related field is advantageous.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
• Must posses own transportation and be willing to travel.
• Ability to communicate efficiency to all levels of management and people.

Responsibilities

• Event Planning & Execution: Assist Project Managers with planning, coordination, and execution of business events.
• Client Management: Manage client relationships by handling inquiries, updates, and addressing concerns.
• Client Servicing Support: Support client servicing to ensure requirements are updated and deliverables meet expectations.
• Internal Coordination: Collaborate with Operation and Creative Teams and external vendors to deliver components on schedule.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare event documents, timelines, budgets, contracts, and schedules; provide updates.
• On-Site Support: Provide on-site assistance during events and resolve logistical issues.
• Post-Event Analysis: Collect feedback and prepare reports on successes and areas for improvement.
