Job summary

iDoCatering in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an energetic events coordinator to manage stakeholders (KOLs, suppliers, crews and clients), coordinate catering projects and deliver high-quality experiences for private, group, and corporate events.

You will assist the event team from planning and budgeting to on-site execution, resolve problems quickly, and support operations during events, including arranging transport and shifts as required.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Event Management/ Business/ Administration/ Management/ Marketing or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Managing stakeholders (KOL, suppliers, crews & clients) and coordinating events to deliver quality experiences.
• Assist event team to plan event and preparation from start to finish within budget according to the requirements.
• Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur.
• Assisting on-site operations during event (transport arrangements and shifts as needed).
