You will work with creative and production teams, translate briefs into tasks, maintain schedules and liaise with venues and suppliers. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in events or related fields, strong organizational skills, and excellent English and Bahasa Malaysia communication.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of experience in events, activations, hospitality or project coordination.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage several tasks and deadlines.
• Clear communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Confidence dealing with suppliers, crew and clients professionally.

Aufgaben

• Translate event briefs into task lists, timelines and logistical requirements.
• Maintain project schedules, checklists, meeting notes and progress updates.
• Research venues, suppliers, entertainment and activation ideas.
• Support proposals, presentations and event programme planning.
• Coordinate bookings, production deadlines, deliveries and collection arrangements.
• Maintain cost trackers and organise quotations, invoices and supporting documents.
• Flag changes in scope or costs for approval before commitments are made.
• Coordinate with clients, partners and internal teams on assigned project matters.
