Job summary

Jora Malaysia is hiring for a full-time, on-site Document Controller based in Elmina, Sungai Buloh, Selangor. You will manage, control, distribute, and track project documentation to the GC/Main Contractor, ensuring latest approved docs are available to project teams and comply with procedures.

Responsibilities include assigning document numbers, handling IFC/Shop drawings, tracking revisions, coordinating submissions, and reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Document Management, Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 1–2 years of document control experience, preferably in data center projects.
• Familiarity with Autodesk construction cloud (ACC)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PDF document.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to communicate in Mandarin would be an added advantage but is not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Ensure documents are assigned the correct document number, revision, status, and distribution.
• Receive, register, and distribute IFC / Shop drawings.
• Track drawing revisions and superseded drawings.
• Coordinate drawing submissions, approvals, comments, and re-submissions.
• Track documents submitted to the GC, Consultant, Client.
