Qualifications

Minimum Diploma in Logistics/Transportation or equivalent.
3–5 years of experience in ocean freight operations.
Excellent customer service experience and interpersonal skills.
Good command of written and spoken English and local language; pleasant personality.
Computer literacy with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Strong problem-solving ability and multi-tasking.
Self-starter who can work independently and is highly motivated.

Responsibilities

Assist Team Lead in operations for inbound and outbound shipments.
Prepare shipping documents for supplier management and shipping requirements to US and other parts of the world.
Plan, organize and communicate to carry out daily tasks.
Enhance customer/vendor relationships and meet organizational goals.
Carry out daily administrative work and liaise with other departments.
Report irregularities to Team Lead as required.
Perform other duties as directed by Team Lead.
