Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities.
• Self-starter, able to work independently and highly motivated.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Team Lead in carrying out operations for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Shipping document preparation for Supplier Management and shipping requirements to US and other parts of the world.
• Plan, organize and communicate to carry out daily tasks.
• Enhance Customer/Vendor relationships and meet organizational goals.
• Carry out daily administrative work and liaise with other departments.
• Report any irregularities to Team Lead from time to time.
