257 UPS SCS MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is hiring for a logistics professional to manage export and import operations. You will ensure smooth shipment processing from entry to closure, maintain compliance, and coordinate with terminals and customers on day-to-day priorities.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in air freight or related fields, fluency in English and Malay, and a willingness to work on-site in Penang. UPS offers a structured logistics environment and collaborative teams.

Qualifications

Diploma or higher in logistics or related field.
3–5 years in air freight or related logistics experience.
Knowledge of IATA DG regulations is an advantage.
Able to communicate in English and Malay for cross-functional collaboration.
Willing to work a 5.5 day week and on-site at Penang.

Responsibilities

Handle export and import operations tasks and process flow to prevent disruptions.
Use internal shipment system to update shipments through to proper closing.
Lead day-to-day operations to meet customer export/import requirements.
Check cargo on-site and ensure proper submission for export or retrieval.
Advise on compliance of export/import and resolve freight-related issues.
Update irregularities to supervisor and CS team; ensure safety and security.
