• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Management, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, including Excel and PowerPoint as well as Microsoft Outlook.
• Flexible, willing to take more responsibilities.
• Solid organizational skills, multitasker and attentive to details.
• Good communication - speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide general support for operational ocean freight functions.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and inter-department teams for ocean freight movements.
• Coordinate export/import ocean freight movements – booking, transport, vessel and container movement.
• Prepare documentation for customers – booking, Bill of Lading, CO/FTA, shipping documents, invoicing.
• Coordinate routine customer reports and customer platforms.
• Maintain records and filing per ISO requirements and standards.
• Respond to internal inquiries and coordinate with other departments on freight needs.
• Monitor internal data and system compliance.
