Job summary

M-Link System (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Solution Engineer/Presales to translate business requirements into secure, scalable enterprise solutions. You will lead technical discussions, present solutions, and define architectures for enterprise bids, while supporting PoCs and customer engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Solution Engineer or Presales or related technical role (min 3 years).
• Ability to discuss highly technical concepts with prospective leads.
• Familiar with Networking products.
• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into secure, scalable enterprise solutions.
• Work with the Project Channel Team to qualify opportunities and manage technical aspects through the sales cycle.
• Design end-to-end solutions and prepare documentation, proposals, solution architectures and BOMs.
• Plan and execute PoC activities, including scope, design and validation documentation.
• Prepare SoCs and technical responses for RFPs, tenders and enterprise bids.
• Maintain engagement with customers, providing technical guidance and solution recommendations.
• Provide technical support and architectural oversight to partners and implementation teams.
• Support project delivery to ensure solutions are implemented according to design and standards.
• Serve as the internal solutions architect and technical owner for assigned technologies.
