Job summary

M-Link System (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a skilled Solution Engineer/Presales to translate business needs into secure, scalable enterprise solutions and to discuss highly technical concepts with prospective leads.

You will qualify opportunities with the Project Channel Team, lead customer discovery sessions, deliver solution presentations and technical demonstrations, and design end-to-end architectures with BOMs and PoC plans.

Qualifications

Ability to discuss highly technical concepts with prospective leads.
At least 3 years’ experience in working as a Solution Engineer or Presales or related technical role.
Familiar with Networking products.

Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into secure, scalable enterprise solutions.
Qualify opportunities and manage technical aspects throughout the sales cycle.
Design end-to-end solutions and prepare BOMs, architecture docs and PoC plans.
Prepare SoCs and technical responses for RFPs and tenders.
Maintain engagement with customers, providing technical guidance and solution recommendations.
Provide technical support and architectural oversight to partners and implementation teams.
Support project delivery to ensure solutions are implemented per design and standards.
Serve as internal solutions architect and technical owner for assigned technologies.
