Job summary

MBR Partners in Malaysia seeks a Pre-Sales Consultant to support technical sales for core network signalling, routing and security solutions. You will act as the primary technical liaison between customers and the company, delivering timely responses to technical and business needs.

The role involves collaborating with sales, creating solution overviews for offers, coordinating PoCs and workshops, and feeding product management with customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Four-year engineering degree in a related technical field.
• Significant proven experience with telecom tech and vendor roles.
• Experience in carrier core network environments preferred.
• Linux, virtualization, and security certificates are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support technical sales at named accounts alongside the sales manager.
• Act as primary technical liaison between customer and company.
• Provide technical sales support throughout the sales process.
• Prepare technical responses for RFP and RFIs with the Central Bid Desk.
• Generate customer Solution Overview documents for offers.
• Manage Proofs of Concept and workshops with customers.
• Provide feedback to Product Management and Engineering on requirements.
