Job summary

SYNNEX Corporation in Malaysia seeks an experienced Pre-Sales professional to collaborate with Sales to map solutions, perform demonstrations and develop proposals. You will work across Data Center, Networking & Security, and Analytics domains; contribute to RFP responses, and ensure SOWs are thoroughly prepared for seamless post-sale handovers.

The role requires strong English communication, a proven, independent work style, and the ability to thrive under pressure in an off-site environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology/computer science or equivalent experience certifications preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years relevant working experience, ideally in IT multinational environment.
• At the minimum 5 years of solid work-related experience, if does not possess a degree.
• Track record on the assigned line Cards experience is an added advantage.
• IT Distributor and/or SI experience would also be an added advantage.
• Have good communication in English, on the job understanding and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to work independently, effectively in an off-site environment and under high pressure.

Responsibilities

• Work with Sales/Channel Team to gather requirements and document key findings.
• Perform solution mapping and relay requirements to Pre-Sales for demonstrations.
• Conduct product demonstrations across Data Center, Networking & Security, or Data Analytics domains.
• Prepare Presentation Slides, Solution Proposals, BOMs, RFP responses and tenders.
• Ensure customer requirements are met, including third-party products where applicable.
• Research solution domain technologies to enhance positioning and value.
• Prepare Scope of Work (SOW) with Sales/Channel and Post-Sales teams and own it.
• Assist in hand-over to Post-Sales after a successful win.
